We check every trade licence against state records. If the registry says ‘cancelled’ or ‘expired’, the tradie is suspended automatically.
Insurance current
Public liability and workers' comp must be on file and current. Tradies get a reminder 30 days before expiry.
Identity confirmed
Government ID plus a face match — the person doing the work matches the name on the licence. No subcontracting sneak-ins.
